WebThis assay employs an antibody specific for human ErbB2 coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and ErbB2 present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-human ErbB2 antibody is added. WebBiotin deficiency can cause thinning hair and loss of body hair; a rash around the eyes, nose, mouth, and anal area; pinkeye; high levels of acid in the blood and urine; seizures; skin infection; brittle nails; and nervous systemdisorders. Symptomsof biotin deficiency in infants include weak muscle tone, sluggishness, and delayed development.
