WebMar 9, 2024 · The firmware in the CM500 is 1.01.14 based on my review via the admin console of the modem. Currently, the latest Comcast firmware version for this modem is 1.01.15. How would I go about getting the vastest firmware version pushed to me. I have read I cannot do it myself so I am asking how and when Comcast might do it for me.
