WebThe Compass Program is based on the comprehensive curriculum developed by the Adoptive Families Association of BC for youth aging out of government care, and has been modified for youth with disabilities. Over the course of 14 weeks, participants will complete modules guided by Easter Seals staff, specialized educators and guest speakers. WebCompass Compass serves at-risk youth between the ages of 12 and 23 in Rutland county. The program provides support for youth and families in developing well-being, education and employment, permanent connections, and stable living environments as youth transition to adulthood.
