Floyd rose goes out of tune
WebI built an Ibanez/jackson style guitar and the Floyd rose seems to lock into an alternate tuning sometimes when I use the whammy bar. It goes back into tune as well or slightly flat when I move the bar around a ton after noticing that it went out of tune. The strings are stretched enough, I’ve replaced the nut as well. WebNov 30, 2024 · If this were the case even with a good floyd (let's say a 1000) I think I would rather go with a fixed bridge (the guitar will go out of tune with temperature but at least I can simply re-tune it in a matter of seconds).
